Taylor Conway

Taylor is a former AT&T Support Manager for the SLED organization with 13 years’ experience in the wireline segment. In this role, she was responsible for maintaining customer experience through billing, provisioning, and ongoing support. She began her career with AT&T in 2010 starting within the call center and has since held various positions throughout this time such as Fiber Executive to Client Solutions Executive before leaving AT&T in 2023. She joined Triple Play in 2024 helping support strategic services and the Midwest customer base. Taylor resides in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where she supports business accounts in all segments.
